TROUBLESHOOTING: Learner Sees Blank Window When Attempting to Purchase Course through PayPal

Symptom:

Blank pop-up screen is displayed after the learner is prompted to input a coupon code and selects “OK” to the “You must complete your transaction with PayPal within 1 hour” pop-up message.

Applies To:

Inquisiq LMS versions after and including 4.15.0302.

Background:

The PayPal page opens in a new browser window and is being blocked by the browser’s pop-up blocker settings.

Resolution:

Enable pop-ups to be displayed in your browser settings.
