TROUBLESHOOTING: No PayPal window appears after purchase

Symptom:

After the learner is prompted to put in a coupon code and purchase an item, a pop-up window says "You must complete your transaction with PayPal within 1 hour," but nothing else pops up.

Background:

The PayPal purchase page is trying to open a pop-up window and is being blocked by the browser's pop-up blocker settings.

Resolution:

Enable pop-ups, or select "Always allow pop-ups from..." in your browser.
