Successful PayPal purchases in Inquisiq do not enroll users

Issue:

Purchases made in Inquisiq are received and recorded in PayPal, but the purchases are not recorded by Inquisiq, and the purchasing user is not enrolled in the purchased course.

Background:

When a purchase is made, a notification is sent to PayPal. The notification URL provided to PayPal must be secure. The URL must have “https” at the beginning.

Solution:

Make sure that you have an SSL certificate(s) installed on the server that Inquisiq is installed on, and make sure that the certificate(s) are pointed to your portal URL(s). Also make sure that the box next to “Force HTTPS” is checked in your Portal Settings, accessible from the Administrator Menu.
