Upon course launch, you receive an error, “Connection to the network has been broken. Click OK to retry or click Cancel. XmlLoader:alertConnectionFailed”

CAUSE: The lesson lost connection with the LMS due to slow internet connection.
CAUSE: Browser is out of date.
CAUSE: Third-party plug-ins are conflicting with the lesson.
CAUSE: Browser is in compatibility mode.
