Pop-up Summary Box Not Opening in Lectora 2007 and/or Errors Appear

The callee (server [not server application]) is not available and disappeared; all connections are invalid. The call did not execute.
This error is most likely when re-opening a results popup that has previously been viewed for a particular quiz.
Note that this error is only displayed when running the lesson in Microsoft Internet Explorer, however when using Firefox the results window may still fail to open and the browser may freeze.
Lectora is not properly handling previously used window 'handles'.
