TROUBLESHOOTING: Articulate Presentations Do Not Load Properly or Appear Empty
Posted by Mike Link on 14 November 2008 09:46 PM

Symptom:

Lessons created with Articulate do not load properly or appear empty.

Cause:

Articulate Presenter is not correctly detecting version 10 of the Flash Player and therefore not displaying the lesson correctly.

Applies To:

Articulate Presenter 5 or earlier when viewed using Flash Player 10

Resolution:

Update your existing Articulate lessons and update your Articulate installation so that it will correctly publish new presentations.

Updating existing Articulate lessons:

If you have desktop logon access to your LMS server, download and install the Articulate Updater for Adobe Flash Player 10 to it. It will find and update all Articulate content.

If you do not have desktop login access to your LMS server, you will need to update Articulate as described below and re-publish your presentations.

Updating Articulate:

Download and install the Articulate Updater for Adobe Flash Player 10 on your desktop to update the Articulate program. Re-publish your presentations and use the "Replace Lesson" option in the LMS to replace the old presentations with the new ones.
