TROUBLESHOOTING: Captivate lesson / quiz slide issues in IE9

Symptom:

The release of Internet Explorer 9 has created tracking issues for most content authoring tools. Captivate-created lessons do not resume properly, or quiz slides are not responsive.

Applies To:

Articulate Quizmaker, Articulate Presenter and Adobe Captivate

Background:

If you find that your lessons are not tracking as expected in the LMS when using Internet Explorer 9, it indicates a compatibility issue with Internet Explorer 9. This is most likely because IE9 Javascipt security parameters were changed.

Resolution:

Configure Internet Explorer 9 to use Compatibility View for your content by clicking the Compatibility View button on the Address bar.
